Dare to Bare
This spring, designers are daring fashionistas to wear the bralette -- a lace-y little lingerie top that is more sexy than it supportive -- and not just under clothes. Indeed, the bralette has emerged on many a runway this season under sheer shirts, almost as an alternative to the plain old collared shirt. While the risqué underpinning will likely not become a workplace wardrobe staple, it certainly has the makings of part of a great after hours outfit.

i love the idea, but i like a little padding in my bra. however i own a lingerie boutique and A LOT of people prefer the bralette over the traditional style.
